A: Yes, it is secure to purchase from jetsetcandy.com. In order to ensure that all transactions are securely processed, we use industry-standard encryption technologies and an SSL certificate (Secure Socket Layer certificate) when transferring and receiving any customer data exchanged over our website’s server.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express cards. We do not accept checks or money orders.
Q: When will my credit card be charged?
A: Your card will be charged for the full amount when placed.
Q: If I pre-order a product, when will I be charged?
A: You will be charged for the full amount when placing a pre-order.
Q: How do I know when my order has shipped?
A: You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Q: How long does it take to receive my Jet Set Candy order?
A: Items in stock generally ship within 7 business days while special order 14k solid gold pieces and pre-ordered items may take between 6-8 weeks. Orders placed before 3 pm Monday through Friday will be processed the same day and orders received after 3 pm will be processed the following day. Time of receipt depends on shipping method (please see next question).
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes we ship internationally. At this time however, please note we are unable to ship to Russia.
International shipping is $35 and is free on orders over $500.
Shipping time varies depending on the carrier as well as the final destination but typically international postal shipping takes between 5-12 business days.
You may be subject to additional taxes/duties charges depending on laws in your country. Please check with your local authorities if you have any concerns about this. Risk of loss and/or title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass on to you once we have delivered to the carrier.
Q: Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
A: Jet Set Candy does not ship to P.O. Boxes. P.O. Boxes can be used for billing purposes only.
Q: Is all Jet Set Candy merchandise available online?
A: We offer a large variety of Jet Set Candy products online but certain items are available exclusively in the destinations they represent.

Q: What is gold vermeil?
A: Gold vermeil (pronounced: vermay) is the official industry name for a heavy gold electroplating over a base sterling silver material. A minimum thickness of 2.5 microns of gold must be deposited before it can be marked or sold as Vermeil. Jet Set Candy uses the superiority of gold vermeil over standard gold-plating as it is the thickest form of plating - adding to the quality, durability and beauty of your adornment.
Gold vermeil is superior to gold fill and other standard gold-plated jewelry as they usually consist of either a base of silver or brass with only a very thin layer of real gold.
Q: Will sterling silver or gold vermeil jewelry tarnish?
A: Sterling silver tarnishes as a result of the metal having a chemical reaction with external pollutants. Proper care will help minimize tarnish. Please see our complete product care guidelines to learn how to best care for your Jet Set Candy jewelry. Our sterling silver is 925 sterling (made with 92.5% silver).
Q: What if my piece needs maintenance or repair?

We suggest professional cleanings once a year as many environmental elements and usage can dull, tarnish and scratch the surface of jewelry. At the same time, have your jewelry checked for loose fittings and general wear and tear.
