Yes, Jet Set Candy is a small, local business located in Manhattan, New York City. Our retail store is in Grand Central Station and our office is located in the Flatiron district. Yes, we have a charm for Laguardia Airport (LGA), Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR), and two different designs for John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK)–a long, skinnier tag and a wider tag–each with unique designs and features.

Usually, we instruct our customers to reflect on certain moments, places, or occasions they are trying to honor. For example, if you attended a Broadway play, our Broadway sign or customizable Broadway ticket charms would be a perfect choice. If you want a more universal souvenir, our movable NYC Taxi and Chrysler Building charms are both uniquely delightful!

Jet Set Candy's New York travel charms are available in 925 Sterling Silver, Gold Vermeil (14K solid gold over sterling silver), and 14 karat solid gold.

Yes, we designed Jet Set Candy charms with an oversized jumpring to ensure they are compatible with most standard charm bracelet brands, such as Pandora. Our charms can also easily be attached to most other charm bracelets by a jeweler. The jumpring is also large enough to fit on most chains, so you can sport your charm on a necklace, bracelet, keyring, or whatever else you desire!

Yes, Jet Set Candy offers a warranty on their charm bracelets to ensure customer satisfaction. Please refer to the warranty terms and conditions for more details on coverage and exclusions.

Yes, an engraving can be added to any of our regular size passport stamp charms, luggage tag charms, and our customizable charms for an additional $15. The customizable charms also have areas on the front that can be engraved. We do not currently offer engraving for 3D charms or solid gold mini charms. The front designs of the Passport Stamp and Luggage Tag charms cannot be changed or engraved.
