SHIPPING GUIDELINES
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed that includes your order number. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you.
GENERAL DISPATCH
Orders may take up to 2-5 business days to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. Delivery is made through our logistics partners from Monday to Friday.
ORDERS WITH ENGRAVING
Please allow an additional 3 days prior to dispatch.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Shipping times can vary depending on the carrier as well as the final destination but typically international postal shipping takes between 5-12 business days.
MADE TO ORDER & BACK-ORDERS
You can expect back-ordered and made to order items to arrive around the indicated delivery date, but please note that the expected delivery date is an estimate only and is not guaranteed. In most cases, one shipment will be made.
SHIPPING COSTS
DOMESTIC - STANDARD ORDERS
United States (including Puerto Rico) ground shipping is $8 and is usually delivered within 5-7 business days. Shipping to these locations is free on orders over $100.
Shipping to Canada & Mexico is $30 and is usually delivered within 5-10 business days. Shipping to these locations is free on orders over $150.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING
Expedited shipping is valid for Monday to Friday delivery and is currently only available to shipping addresses within the contiguous United States. Orders destined for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico may email customercare@jetsetcandy.com or call + 1 212 796 6922 for an expedited quote.
Expedited 2 day shipping is $25 and $60 for overnight.
INTERNATIONAL - STANDARD ORDERS
International shipping is $40. Orders are usually delivered within 5-12 business days.
International shipping is free on orders over $250.
TAXES & DUTIES
United States - Applicable sales tax will be charged on the merchandise total. Taxes are calculated according to the billing address and itemized upon checkout.
International - You may be subject to additional taxes/duties charges depending on laws in your country. Please check with your local authorities if you have any concerns about this. Risk of loss and/or title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass on to you once we have delivered to the carrier.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS
If you refuse a shipment from Jet Set Candy, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Jet Set Candy. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
RETURNS
We offer a 30 day free return policy. In the unlikely event that you’re not 100% satisfied, products will be accepted for exchange, credit or refund (excluding all shipping charges) if returned unworn. To return an item please follow the directions below:
Email customercare@jetsetcandy.com specifying either an exchange, credit or refund. We will respond within 24 hours with an outcome.

REFUNDS
Please note that refunds are issued in the currency the order was originally placed in regardless of fluctuations in exchange rate. Upon receipt of your return, we will confirm your refund via email. Please note that taxes will be refunded along with the items you sent back, however, duties will not be refunded.
