Travel “Brag Bracelet” Giveaway — Official Rules

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

2. ELIGIBILITY
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of Jet Set Candy, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter or win.

3. SPONSOR
Jet Set Candy is the sponsor of this Giveaway.

4. ENTRY PERIOD
The Giveaway begins at 2 October 2025 8am EST and ends at 8 October 2025 12pm EST (“Promotion Period”). Each day during the Promotion Period constitutes a separate daily entry period.

5. HOW TO ENTER
During the Promotion Period:
Post a photo (or photos) from your travels on Instagram (to your grid) or Tik Tok
Follow or Tag @JetSetCandy in your post.
In your caption, list the destinations you’ve visited.

Entries must be posted from a public Instagram / Tik Tok account. Private or restricted accounts will not be visible and therefore not eligible. Limit: one entry per person per day.

6. PRIZES
Seven (7) prizes total will be awarded. Each prize consists of one (1) Jet Set Candy bracelet pre-loaded with charms (Approximate Retail Value: $1,000). One prize will be awarded per day during the Promotion Period. Total ARV of all prizes: $10,000.
Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

7. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received each day. Winners will be announced via Jet Set Candy’s Instagram Stories and notified by direct message from the @JetSetCandy account. Winners must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification to claim their prize, or an alternate winner may be selected.

8. RIGHTS GRANTED
By entering, participants grant Jet Set Candy the right to repost, share, and otherwise use submitted content (including photos and captions) in connection with the Giveaway, with proper credit, across Jet Set Candy’s marketing and social media channels.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

10. RELEASE
By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Jet Set Candy, Instagram, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, and representatives from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of participation in the Giveaway or acceptance/use of any prize.

11. DISCLAIMER
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. Participants are providing information to Jet Set Candy, not to Instagram.
