I randomly came across JSC and was so excited to find a site dedicated to travel charms and jewelry. I have been collecting charms, especially from my trips for decades. I started with a couple of the luggage tag charms which are super cool, I love the quality, and many of them can be customized and ordered in different metal options. I loved them so much that I have placed several more orders for charms for myself and charms as gifts for my girlfriends and my nieces. I also want to add that I received great customer service. I had gotten a coupon code in a text but the code was for the incorrect amount. I responded to the text and didn’t actually expect an answer but I got one within 24 hours and received a new code for the correct discount amount. I was pleasantly surprised that their customer service was so on top of things they responded to me through what I thought was just an automated text message system. I’m impressed and very excited to keep adding to my collection of keepsake charms.
