OFFICE & CUSTOMER CARE COORDINATOR

The Office & Customer Care Coordinator is responsible for the successful and timely execution of numerous day-to-day duties throughout the office. This is a full-time position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

This role requires the coordination of day-to-day operations across multiple functions including but not limited to:

Operations

  • Maintain and manage general business related matters including but not limited to; in-house printing, insurance, building matters, telephones and Internet.
  • Ordering from vendors as required
  • Coordinating in-house product and packaging inventory and its storage.
  • Ensuring the accuracy of inventory management through data entry and stocktakes
  • Ensuring the office is well organized, presentable and tidy at all times.

Customer Service

  • Successfully coordinating and executing processes for the fulfilment of e-commerce and wholesale orders and customer service inquiries. This includes packing, shipping and tracking orders and customer communications.
  • Participation in trunk/trade shows which may require travel and/or weekend work. This includes packing and organizing stock, display and marketing materials and assisting in transporting these materials.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School graduate or equivalent, college degree preferred
  • Experience within a similar environment or role

COMPETENCIES

  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Well groomed
  • Proven ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment
  • Ability to manage and solve issues with a minimum of fuss
  • Well-organized with time management skills
  • Detail orientated
  • Ability to work as part of a team & build strong, effective relationships
  • Self-reliant and hands-on approach to tasks within the role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Tech-savvy with intermediate to advanced computer skills:
      - an intermediate to advanced knowledge of mainstream software e.g. Microsoft programs
      - competency with cloud-based software and/or willingness to learn
